• Account sharing is prohibited
• Users are responsible for password security

4. Posting Listings
You must not post:
• False or misleading information
• Fraudulent ads
• Content violating Azerbaijani law or copyright

5. Online Booking

• Realtors confirm reservations
• Property quality and fulfillment are the responsibility of the realtor or owner

6. Payments
• Payments are handled via third-party providers certified in Azerbaijan

• Refunds follow the rules of the payment provider and realtor

7. Restrictions
You may not:

• Use automated bots
• Collect other users' data
• Post malware or harmful content
