Property Owner Verification

To complete the verification process, you will need to provide:

• a valid identity document;

• a document confirming ownership of the property (for example, a Property Ownership Certificate, an extract from the State Register of Real Estate, a technical passport, or another document confirming ownership);

• a phone number;

• an email address;

• an official website (if available).

If you are registered as a sole proprietor or represent a company, you must also provide:

• your Tax Identification Number (TIN / VÖEN).

After you submit your application, it will be reviewed by our administration.

Our specialists manually verify the information and documents provided. Based on the verification results, your application may be approved or declined in accordance with the Platform Rules.
